PROCEDURE
At the initial meeting Ms. Nichols discusses with her clients the details of the portrait - composition, setting, apparel and mood. The first photographic session then proceeds, incorporating the client's ideas. Proofs are submitted to the client for their approval. Once an agreement between the artist and the client is reached on the best photograph work can begin on the portrait. The artist then paints the portrait in her studio using the photograph as the basis for it. A photograph of the painting is submitted to the client for final approval, at which time any needed changes are made to ensure the client's total satisfaction.

Shipping and travel expenses are additional.
